Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Yash Agrawal & Sons HUF for software consulting and technology services. Specific refund terms in your signed contract or invoice take precedence where they differ from this policy.

General principle

Our services are delivered on a contractual basis. Fees cover professional consulting time, deliverables, and agreed scope of work. Refunds are considered based on work completed, milestones delivered, and the terms of your engagement agreement.

Advance / upfront payments

• If a project has not started and no resources have been allocated, a full refund of advance payment may be issued upon written cancellation request.
• Once work has commenced, advance amounts are non-refundable except for undelivered milestones as defined in the contract.

Hourly and retainer engagements

• Hours already consumed and invoiced are non-refundable.
• Unused prepaid retainer hours may be refunded or adjusted at our discretion if cancellation is requested before those hours are scheduled or used.

Project-based engagements

• Refunds are calculated based on completed milestones, deliverables accepted, and hours logged.
• Third-party costs (licences, hosting, subcontractor fees) already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

2. Include your invoice number, contract reference, payment date, and reason for the request.
3. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank or payment gateway processing times may apply additionally.

Non-refundable items

• Completed and accepted deliverables
• Consulting hours already rendered
• Payment gateway charges or bank fees (where applicable)

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us with supporting details. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms & Conditions.
