By engaging us or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services. We provide software consulting and technology services on a contractual basis as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Scope, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in writing before work starts.
  2. Eligibility. You must be authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of your organisation (if applicable) and provide accurate billing and contact information.
  3. Payments. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise in the contract. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. Late payments may pause work as per the engagement agreement.

  6. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during an engagement, subject to the confidentiality clauses in the applicable contract or mutual NDA.
